Welcome to 2nd Grade!!
I am so excited to be teaching in Calvert and to have each of you in my class this year. I actually taught in Calvert 14 years ago and absolutely loved my kids, parents, and community and super excited about being back.
This is my first year to be teaching 2nd grade. I have taught grades 1st for nine years, 3rd for two years, 4th for four years, and 5th, 6th, 7th, and 8th for one year. I absolutely love teaching and love watching my students learn and grow.
I have been married to my husband Brad for 16 years and we have a 4 year old little boy named Jackson. We love spending time with one another, family and friends. Reading is a HUGE necessity in life and in my life, I love reading about new ideas and strategies to help my students and also love reading books for pleasure.
